About me
I am an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and certified as a Team Coach with the Global Team Coaching Institute. I have been an entrepreneurial, creative, relational executive with many years of leadership and governance experience in health care with more than thirty-three years of clinical experience as a primary care internal medicine physician. For 16 years I was in multiple roles in an executive capacity including as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Department Chair, and Medical Director for Quality as well as having been on Boards of Directors for community-based health centers, health systems, arts organizations, and the insurance industry. The knowledge, wisdom, and experience of his past contribute to my coaching.
I am an amateur musician engaged in community orchestras and ensembles throughout my adult life. Together with my physician spouse of 40+ years we have three adult children and 4 grandchildren. Living in Michigan we enjoy all four seasons, multiple outdoor activities, as we
